A briefing was held in Uzbekistan on the results of important government meetings in Turkmenistan

On March 1, 2024, a briefing was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Uzbekistan, dedicated to the results of the extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held on February 9, and the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held on February 22 of this year.

The event was attended by the Head of the Turkmen cultural center of Uzbekistan, representatives of the Turkmen diaspora and Turkmen students studying in higher educational institutions of this country.

At the briefing, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan Sh.Meredov informed the participants of the event in detail about the important tasks of the year “Fount of wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”, which are related to the further prosperity and development of our country, the improvement of the standard of living of our people, as well as the improvement of the efficiency of work carried out in the branches of the national economy and in the cultural- humanitarian sphere.

In addition, during the briefing, it was noted that the large-scale priority tasks and reforms to be implemented within the framework Program of socio-economic development of Turkmenistan and investments in 2024, as well as the Plan of the Work and Activities were considered in the main areas of activities of the Halk Maslahaty aimed, first of all, to further improve the standard of living of our people.
