A working meeting of Deputy Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries and representatives of the European Union was held

On February 19, 2025, a working meeting of Deputy Foreign Ministers of Central Asian countries and representatives of the European Union was held in the videoconference format. Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Myahri Byashimova took part in it from the Turkmen side.
During the talks, the parties discussed cooperation between the countries of Central Asia and the European Union in the political, trade-economic, cultural and humanitarian fields.
The participants of the meeting examined in detail the organizational issues related to the upcoming meetings in the "European Union - Central Asia" format, scheduled for March and April of this year.
The participants of the working meeting noted a significant intensification of relations between Central Asia and the EU at the highest political level.
