Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World was held in Ashgabat

On September 19, 2026, the 27th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World was held in the Center of Public Organizations of Turkmenistan.

Before the start of the forum, a flower-laying ceremony to the Independence Monument took place.

Then, the participants of the 27th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World arrived to the Center of Public Organizations of Turkmenistan and viewed the exhibition set at the venue.

The 27th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World started with the National Anthem of Turkmenistan.

Next, the address of the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov was read to the participants of the conference.

Then the agenda of the Conference was unanimously approved, including the report on the work accomplished and the discussion of the prospects for further activities of the Association aimed at the development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation among Turkmen people worldwide.

During the session, participants delivered speeches addressing the agenda items.

The delegates were informed about the socio-economic programs that is being successfully implemented to enhance the well-being of people and Turkmenistan’s international standing, as well as about international projects that are being carried out by the country to advance constructive cooperation with foreign states.

Speeches highlighted the events held in the current year with the slogan: Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Purposeful Heavenly Horses.

The compatriots living abroad expressed their heartfelt gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, as well as to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, President of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, Hero-Arkadag for the opportunity to visit the sacred land of their ancestors and see the large-scale transformations of modern Turkmenistan.

Representatives of the United Arab Emirates, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Germany, and Iran reported about the activities of the Association’s foreign branches, proudly emphasizing that independent, neutral Turkmenistan is currently demonstrating in practice its commitment to steadily developing traditional ties of friendship, mutual respect, good-neighborliness, and international cooperation across various spheres.

Furthermore, the importance of the latest conference for strengthening fraternal relations and solidarity, and for intensifying cooperation in the name of universal peace, prosperity, and progress was emphasized.

Then, a ceremony of awarding the members of the Association with the honorary certificates was held.

At the end of the 27th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, an address to the President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was adopted.

After the announcement of the closing of the 27th Conference of the Humanitarian Association of Turkmens of the World, the National Anthem of Turkmenistan was heard.

The Conference ended with a concert of masters of art, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of independence of the Motherland, where the musical pieces praising the independent Homeland, the ancient yet eternally young Turkmen land, and the hardworking, talented people of Turkmenistan were heard.
