A few tips on how to keep your well-being and mood in the inter-season

The climate in Turkmenistan is sharp continental, characterized by a low amount of precipitation and significant daily temperature amplitudes. 

All of us are more or less familiar with the situation when in the morning is cool and it makes us dress warmly, and in the afternoon returns in the summer heat. Such differences are typical for the inter-season, and it is during this period that we are particularly prone to ARVI. We offer some tips on how to maintain your health. 
 

Dress for the weather


Even if you know that this day will again be +35 Celsius ... Even if it seems that one hour on coolness in the +14 you will not hurt, do not forget to put on, or at least take with you just in case demi-season clothes. Moreover, the national dons and elongated waistcoats, adapted to the style of casual, will not only warm you, but will also give your appearance the same refinement that Turkmen women are famous for. 
 

Do not forget about morning exercise


Mandatory morning exercise will help you to strengthen immunity and protect the wallet from unnecessary expenditure on medicines. 10-20 minutes of physical exercises a day is enough to remember the autumn by a bright crimson foliage and soft embraces of sunrays. 
 

Eat clean


The end of summer, the beginning of autumn is the time of mass harvesting. Counters abound with tasty and useful gifts of gardens, fields and melons for every taste. Do not deny yourself the pleasure of enjoying fruit desserts, vegetable salads, and original national dishes from pumpkin and drink herbal teas rich in trace elements and antioxidants. 
 

Walk more


Autumn colors will not leave indifferent neither fans of photography and painting, nor young parents, nor office clerks. Therefore, walk more, breathe fresh air and enjoy the poetics of leaf fall and rain. It will cheer you up, refresh thoughts, revitalize the body and, of course, strengthen immunity. If you cannot find time for walks ventilate the room, in which you are for 15-20 minutes twice a day. 
 

Develop an algorithm for a night sleep


Sleep is the best source of strength and energy. The peak production of the melatonin hormone falls on the period from midnight to 4 am. It is proved that melatonin ensures the effective work of the endocrine system, slows down the aging processes, stimulates the protective functions of the immune system, helps fight stress and manifestations of seasonal depression, regulates the work of the cardiovascular system and positively affects the work of the brain. Therefore, try to go to bed every day at the same time, not later than 23 hours. This will help you to maintain a good state of health and a good mood.
