Central Canine Society of France express interest in partnership with the International Association
The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to France, Shohrat Jumaev held a meeting with Director of the International Relations Department of the Central Canine Society of France, André Varlet, and an expert of the department.
The parties discussed the prospects for cooperation between the International Association "Türkmen alabaý itleri" ("Turkmen alabai") and the Central Canine Society of France. The head of the diplomatic mission informed Mr. Varlet about the activities of the Association, as well as about the modern infrastructure created in our country to preserve and develop the breed qualities of the Alabai.
The further steps to establish a partnership in the canine field were discussed during the meeting. In particular, the meeting participants agreed to organize an online meeting in the near future between specialists of the two countries as well as the visits of specialists to France and Turkmenistan, and the possibility of signing the Memorandum of Cooperation in the future.
The representatives of the Central Canine Society of France expressed their willingness to establish a multifaceted dialogue with the International Association "Turkmen Alabai" and promote the popularization of this famous and one of the oldest dog breeds in the world.
At the end of the meeting, Ambassador Sh. Jumaev presented the books of President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov about Turkmen Alabai and Ahalteke horses to Mr. Varlet.
