A conference in honor of the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan was held in the Republic of Belarus

On October 27, 2020, an online conference was organized between the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus and the Grodno State University named after Y. Kupala in honor of the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.

The event was attended by representatives of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus, heads, teachers, Turkmen and foreign students of Grodno State University, as well as media representatives.

At the conference, the vice-rector of the University, Y. Belykh, made an introductory speech. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus also spoke at the event, who told about the planned large-scale events in honor of the holiday and the achievements of the Turkmen state since the day it acquired the status of Neutrality.

Turkmen students also performed at the event with poems of their own composition about the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan and performances on the national musical instrument dutar.
