A briefing dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent Neutrality was held in Minsk
On October 30, 2020, a briefing was held at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Republic of Belarus, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan.
Representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States, diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the Republic of Belarus, as well as representatives of the media, teachers and Turkmen students of the higher educational institutions of Minsk took part in the briefing, which was held in the building of the Embassy of Turkmenistan.
The briefing was opened by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Belarus, who informed about the measures taken to prepare the celebrations of the 25th anniversary of the permanent Neutrality of Turkmenistan. He also told the briefing participants in detail about the achievements of Turkmenistan from the moment of gaining neutral status to the present day.
The guests also examined the exhibition of books by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the cultural and historical heritage of the Turkmen people, fine arts, a photo exhibition on the achievements of the state, and also got acquainted with the ancient exhibits of the Cultural Center established at the Embassy.
